With all of our orders we do our best to pack and protect our products in transit.  If you receive your products damaged please contact us asap so we can work with you so the problem can be fixed.

If you have received your products and are not happy with the fragrance you have chosen and is still in its original state when purchased at your expense in delivery costs we are happy to exchange within a 5 day period.

We use Australia Post and Sendle - couriers please and fastaway so you will always receive a tracking number.
